Do you require a deposit? 

Yes a 30% deposit is required to secure your hire items for your booking date.


Do you require a bond?

No.


What days are set-up and pack-down?

Set up is usually day the day before event usually the Friday before a Saturday wedding. Pack down is the following Sunday or Monday.


What is your delivery fee?

Delivery fee is determined from time and km driven to get to your venue. Delivery in Grafton is free.


When is full payment expected?

 Full payment is due two weeks prior to your event.


What are power requirements? 

All of our lighting is low wattage this means it can all be run from a single standard power outlet.
